I'm selling a 2003 Mercedes E320 I bought at a online auction. The vehicle was seized by the government. I planned on getting a title for it, but since the auction company didn't disclose this vehicle had some body damage I just want to sell it. THIS VEHICLE DOESN'T COME WITH A TITLE. I HAVE THE COURT PAPERS ON THE VEHICLE AND WAS TOLD TO GET IT INSPECTED AT OUR HIGHWAY PATROL OFFICE SO I CAN APPLY FOR A TITLE, BUT CAN'T GET A APPOINTMENT UNTIL JUNE, SO I JUST WANT TO SELL IT. YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO GET A TITLE FOR THIS, BUT I WILL NOT GAURANTEE IT. The interior is nice and it runs and drives. Sold as is with no warranty. If you have any questions, just let me know.
