To ensure this cycle is road-ready, it received a full tune up consisting of an oil change, new spark plugs, chain adjustment, new battery, and good tires. This is the Daytona 675 in Special Edition black & gold, featuring the factory Phantom Black paint scheme, along with gold anodized aluminum accessories which complete the look. Present on this bike are the original dent-free tank and matching bodywork with no collision history. The seats are also original with no rips, tears, or fading of any kind. The exhaust system is a performance Yoshimura RS-5 with fiberglass wrapped headers - this results in a pleasant thrumming engine note without being obnoxious or vibey. The intake system is in the original configuration for this model with a brand new filter. The mirrors have been swapped out to bar-ends with matching gold anodized aluminum. Similarly, the levers have been swapped to adjustable gold as well which complete the look nicely. The rear fender has been eliminated with integrated sequential LED turn signals with the brake light - in the video the LED's illuminate unusually due to the camera refresh rate, but in person they function superbly. A beefy set of frame sliders has been added to protect the plastics in the event of a lay over. The tires have been upgraded to Pirelli Diablos which have excellent performance. All of the electrical components including the lights, horn, and electric dash are original to this cycle and function excellently. The results are a cycle which runs, rides, and shifts very smoothly through all of the gears - it doesn't smoke from the exhaust or leak any fluids.
