Up for sale is our luxurious German Manufactured and Imported by: James Rand (See VIN Plate Photo) 1980 Mercedes Benz 500 SL. Maryland vehicle with 2 previous owners. This car is fully loaded for the year. Due to it's age, it has wear and tear. Seat cusions are in good condition but need new covers. Back seats also need covers. The carpet is in good condition, needs detail. Paint is in good conditon with some typical scratches and wear. No visible rust. This vintage beauty is equiped with an aftermarket "CD" player and speakers as you see pictured. It starts right away. The reason for our no reserve auction is; recently at a red light, the car would not shift in to first gear, but shifts and drives in reverse with no hesitation. The hard top is in great condition, but the soft top fabric color is black, and will need to be replaced from age wear. This vehicle will be sold AS-IS; WHERE IS.
