You are viewing a rust free XJS truely worth saving, that only needs a right front fender and front bumper to be drivable again. There is no damage behind the fender or bumper. It has original paint that is not good on the flat areas that were exposed to sunlight over the years, however all vertical areas are good enough to leave alone. If you're on a budget, you could get away with just painting the right front fender and hood, the roof, and top of deck lid. This car has no rust or previous rust repair. I have located a new fender for $175, and complete front bumper for $250 if you don't have access to any. The rest of the parts, including headlight rims, lower grille, and all fasteners, are in a box in the trunk. The original interior is exceptional, and only needs a few seams restitched, with nylon thread this time, so it wont fail. All original carpet is excellent. There's a large amount of books and service records, and all original owners books as delivered when new. The brake booster and master cylinder are new, as well as the starter, and battery. I'm moving back to California and thought I would have ample time to fix it before I leave, but with everything else I have to do, it's no longer an option. It would be a shame to break this car up and turn it into a parts car, however I cannot control what happens from here on.
