Thank You for looking at our auction - we are an estate sale company based in Fairfield County, CT, occasionally we get cars from estates & charity auctions, we are VERY selective and only pick the "good ones". . . . when we find them we post them on eBay . . . . this is a GREAT rare car. . . this is a 1999 BMW 528I "Touring" Wagon. . . .One Owner - ALL DEALER SERVICED - (see list below of items they were replaced in past 10k miles). . . . .this BMW has low mileage of 123,264 original miles (only 7,770 miles per year), if you are in the market you know how hard these 5 Series wagons are to find. . . This BMW runs and drives beautifully. . . . smooth and powerful. . . everything appears to work fine. . . the ride is perfectly smooth and quiet . . . FULLY LOADED WITH OPTIONS . . . .Automatic Transmission - Leather Interior (NON smoker - NO kids NO pets) THE BACK SEAT LOOKS LIKE IT WAS NEVER USED. . . .the cargo area . . . again looks unused. . .under the cargo area is a meticulously assembled "break down" kit. . .(see photo). . . .ICE COLD A/C - Am/Fm/Cass w/-CD (I have not tested CD, I assume it works). . .Sunroof - Power Windows - Power Locks - Backup Sensors - Alloy Wheels - Tilt-Telescope Wheel - Wood Trim - Rear Window Shades - Cargo Cover - ABS - Airbags - its obvious the previous owner clearly cared about this car. . . . everything is nice and clean, door panels, seats, carpets "Boston Green" paint is nice with great deep shine, the leather even SMELLS NEW . . . . . .it runs and drives 100% LIKE A BRAND NEW CAR . . . . . . PLEASE NOTE THIS CAR WAS A WEST COAST CAR UNTIL 2011, SO NO RUST AND NO SALT the following items were replaced in last 10k miles ALL AT BMW OF RIDGEFIELD IN CONNECTICUT (all other service also done at other BMW dealers) FUEL FILTER SWAY BAR LINKS SPARK PLUGS FRONT BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS CABIN AIR FILTER POWER STEERING HOSES ALL WINDOW REGULATORS NEW WIPERS BATTERY REPLACED OIL AND FILTER JUST CHANGED The transmission shifts perfectly . . . . .the engine runs excellent (starts instantly and runs smooth and maintains proper temperature) . . . . . . .it has LIKE NEW all matching tires, we just had oil changed and had our mechanic check and add any fluids (if needed), check wipers, tire pressure, etc. . . . . engine compartment is very clean and dry . . its been parked in my garage for a week or two. . .absolutely no leaks or drips on floor. . . . . its NEVER been smoked in (lighter and ashtray unused) . . . naturally there are the usual small dings, scrapes and flaws. . .but overall VERY minor. . . .as you can see from the photos the paint is and the interior is very nice. . . . this 1999 BMW 528i Touring Wagon starts at just $1500 and sold NO RESERVE. It has a clear Connecticut title and bill of sale . . .this car was donated to a charity and we bought it from the charity at an auction . . .OVERALL this is a great RARE BMW. . . . and if you are looking for one . . . an amazing find. . . .Thank You!!
