1979 Mercury Grand Marquis Colony Park Station Wagon with only 69,000 miles. California car. Seats eight people. 351 Windsor engine, dual cats, auto trans, Power locks and windows including rear tailgate window, AM/FM eight track tape player that works. Rear tailgate opens both up and down and sideways. Bought from an estate sale where it had sat in garage for last twenty years. Replaced tires, fuel tank, sending unit, fuel pump, radiator, heater core, headlight switch and headliner. No rust. Runs and drives great, passed California smog, licensed until March 2016. On May-06-15 at 10:23:37 PDT, seller added the following information: I have received a lot of questions about the car so I will add some more description. The car is rust free. The car is 36 years old so it has some issues, there is a small burn hole in the upholstery on the front bench seat, the drivers side rear electric door lock does not work, the mirror has some pitting, and the passenger side front seat back upholstery is discolored or has been replaced. I have fixed any issues that I have found as they came up ie new fuel tank, fuel sending unit, fuel pump, radiator, tires, A/C recharge, starter and battery. I haven't put enough miles on it to really shake it down, so no guarantees, but it is a smooth running, smooth driving car.
