Up for auction is a 1958 Corvette project Car. Would make a great candidate for a Resto-Rod or a Hot Rod. Car has been sitting since 1971 so car needs a complete and total restoration. Corvette currently has a running 350 with a Muncie 4 speed and olds rearend. Car does run and has front brakes. Only damage I see on the body is the lower left front by parking light. Some repair work has been done there. Remainder of body is in good shape. Car was being used as a drag car. Had a 3 point roll cage which I cut out. The 3 holes in the floor needs to be patched. Also the spare tire compartment has been modified. Has an electric fuel pump and battery mounted in the trunk. Original Hood is long gone. Car comes with Hardtop only and it needs some work. Car still retains original gauges but none hooked up. Lights do not work. Still has original seats and the original trunk spears. Frame of car is crusty but I think it can be saved if wanted to use it. The rear cross-member does have rust holes and repair to it and will need replaced. Car still retains original VIN tag and it matches my clear title in my name. You can tell from pictures that it needs a full restoration. Most parts are there but there is some parts missing. If you don't see in pictures then I don't have. Selling car as is. Car is available for inspection before auction ends, not after. Prefer Cash!!
