Vehicle Detail
This Cobra spent 10 years in Florida, then 1 year in South Carolina before I purchased it in August/2014 on eBay and brought it down to Texas. This cobra has been my daily driver since I bought it and I have taken very good care of it. Since the dyno sheets I had were old and from the previous owner I decided to take it on (4/22/15) to dyno it myself. This Cobra put down 442.0 rwhp and 474.7 ft lbs of Torque. Factoring a 20% loss to the rear that's about 530 HP at the engine with the Diablo 2.8" pulley and Diablo Predator Tune. It has LoJack installed (2 Key Fobs), original owners manual, SVT Certificate, some dyno sheets, Diablo Predator Tuner, and the original window sticker. Other than the pulley, Performance Clutch Kit- Stage 4 (Installed approximately 12,000 miles ago) K & N Air Filter, Enkei RZ-5's rims 18x9.5 and Diablo Predator Tune it was stock when I got it but needed some TLC. I was told this vehicle only received Mobile One Full Synthetic since day 1 so I continued using it. Here is a list of things I did to it since owning it to lift the age off of it.... Major Items New Upgraded Fuel Pumps TRE-345 255 LPH (Less than 500 miles on them). Done at Ford Dealership Fixed IRS (Independent Rear Suspension) Fluid Leak. Done at Ford Dealership New Motor Mounts. Done at Ford Dealership All Fluids Changed (Engine oil is Mobile One Full Synthetic) Done at Ford Dealership New Power Stop Rotors and Brakes. PPRV Delete (Upgraded Cobras get a hesitation under heavy acceleration from the PPRV. This was deleted to eliminate the hesitation) Eibach Pro-Kit Lowering Springs (approximately 1" drop). Done at Ford Dealership Repainted Trunk at Ford Dealership(Had an odd bubble on it. The previous owner didn't know how it got there) New Billetflow Idler Pulleys. Done at Ford Dealership New Thermostat. Done at Ford Dealership New Seat Covers (I went back with the stock black and sued seat covers with cobra emblems but put in vinyl instead of leather. This was after doing research and determining that the vinyl will age better) Minor Items New shift boot Hood struts Cobra emblem grille Black Cobra Lettering Passenger window button replaced Smoked tail lights Smoked projector headlamps 5K HID headlights 8" Radio Antenna LED license plate lights and new covers LH defrost Vent replaced Wheel Alignment. Done at Ford Dealership New Battery and Cables. Done at Ford Dealership Custom Build Plates Removed Ford Symbol Terminator badge overlay Install over SVT _________________________ This Cobra had 4 deep dish Enkei Rz-5 Wheels with Nitto 555 Extreme 275/40/18 tires on them when I bought it. I preferred the staggered look so I put 2 flush Enkei Rz-5's 18/8.5 with brand new Michelin Pilot Sports on the front and kept 2 deep dish on the rear. I will include the other 2 deep dish rims with tires with this sale so you can decide which you prefer. The 4 Nitto tires have approximately 12,000 miles on them and the Michelin Pilot's have less than 5,000 miles on them. One thing to keep in mind is 1st gear is tricky. If you try to take off too gently the car will chatter. That being said the Cobra engine runs excellently and the transmission shifts smooth. My good friend works at the Ford Dealership and as you can see above he has inspected the vehicle thoroughly for me and I've addressed the known issues the vehicle had. I know that's a lot of information but just know that this cobra is in fantastic condition for its age and drives smooth. If you have any questions feel free to ask. If you need additional pictures just let me know with specifics so I can send them to you. LAST but Certainly not least. I have a loan on this vehicle through Security Service Federal Credit Union. Very simply put, they get paid, they send you the title. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks for your interest and happy bidding!
