Description This is a 3 DAY, NO RESERVE AUCTION (which means if you are the highest bidder at the end of 3 days you own it). 1997 Dodge Ram 2500 HD, 4x4. This truck has the 12 VALVE, 5.9 liter cummins turbo diesel engine with the NV4500 MANUAL 5 speed transmission. It has 47,315 original miles on it! This is a ONE OWNER truck! It was special ordered in 1997 by an elderly lady and was owned by her all its life. I bought it from her estate. I have all the receipts and documentation from everything that has ever been done to this truck since it was driven off of the lot. I can not stress enough that I literally have EVERY service record since new! (like ball joints, oil changes, filter changes, differential changes, battery's, tires, etc.). This truck is the HD package as well, it has a heavier GVW with rear overload springs. I guess there was a lighter duty 2500 available as well. The truck runs and drives excellent. IT IS READY TO GO TO WORK! The oil was changed every 1,000 to 3,000 miles and the oil is so clean it is hard to see it on the dipstick! The transmission, clutch, transfer case and differentials are in excellent condition. The differential fluid has been changed to synthetic fluids. The body is in fair shape. The box has some dents and scratches. The drivers side door has a small ding. The cab, fenders and hood are in good condition with some scratches. The picture shows it without a passenger side mirror, but I have fixed it with a new one. The interior is in good condition. The seats are all in good condition. The driver seat does have a small crack in the vinyl on the side and some missing fabric on the back. The head liner fabric is sagging and needs some glue. There is alot of storage behind the rear seat. The tires are very nice Michelin's with excellent tread, 75%. It has a brake controller and goose neck hitch and I have all of the paperwork for that also when they were installed in 2000. The truck only towed a horse trailer a few times! I know because I bought the trailer as well and it wasn't even hardly used. The truck has 3.55 rear end gears. It is the ST package and has manual windows and door locks. It does have A/C, tilt wheel and cruise control. I have a clean Carfax report that certifies the mileage and also certifies it as a 1 owner! I have since registered it in my name so I am sure it will come up as a 2 owner now. I had the mileage recorded on the title as accurate and true! I have the original window sticker, sales receipt and owners manual as well! I have a clear Montana title for this truck.
