PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING: All info is posted, honest benefits & drawbacks are below. Selling my 1999 Chrysler Sebring Coupe. I've owned the car just over 1 year and in that time I have comfortably taken it on longer trips. From Brooklyn to: Cape May, the Adirondacks & the Poconos, so I can attest to a solid motor on 5+ hour trips & steep, country roads. Also, the battery is new. Minor drawbacks include cosmetic blemishes, rust & scratches on the exterior of the car. The inside of the trunk is not firm & that cardboard could/should be replaced. Tires need to be changed, the shocks are worn & wheels should be realigned. The major drawback of the car is that when it is raining, the check engine light will occasionally go on. During a long trip in the rain, that translated to reduced power & increased RPM. I pulled over to be safe & waited it out about 10 minutes. Also, it takes longer than before to get to second gear. I don't know enough about it, but the answers that I got were anywhere from changing an intake filter to checking the transmission. The two may or may not be related. Bluntly, I don't really know what the issue is.
