You are looking at, and hopefully bidding on, a 1960 Jaguar 3.8. I have owned this car for over 40 years. At first it was an everyday driver. Then it went into storage for a number of years. When I thought about using it again I put in a Chevy 250 6 cylinder with a 350 trans. It was the best thing for it. You could go out and know you would be driving it home. About 15 years ago I had a great paint job done and the body was straight and rust free. We used it for a while and it went back into storage using it once in a while. About 3 years ago I wanted to use it regularly. I had the interior done, seats, door panels, carpet and head liner. Also new brakes, calipers, booster, master cylinder and brake lines, shocks and tires. About 6 months ago I had it on Ebay because I was retiring and moving but no takers at $13000.00. Now it has to go. As you can see from the pics it's just starting to have some rust pimples. First rust, nothing big. Thanks for looking.
