**Reserve PRICE has been lowered** This vehicle has had lots of work done on it. Since I have owned it I have: Replaced the engine with a rebuilt 1600cc long block engine, Air filter, Solex pict 31 carb, Distributor, 75 Amp Alternator, Oil filter/Oil cooler with fan and max flow oil pump system. These are the same systems that they use on the Baja racers. I also replaced the battery and put in an 1800 watt power invertor behind the passenger seat with 3 ac outlets. There is a newer radio that takes USB thumb drives and a Micro SD card along with AM/FM. New antenna. New tail lights and front turn signal lights. A new ignition had to be put in due to the old one wearing out. Also, a new turn signal arm with harness was put in place although the left turn signal needs to be addressed. The horn also needs to be addressed. I bought new brakes with a new master cylinder, clean drums all the way around however not being a brake guy, they are way too spongy to drive the vehicle at this time. Brakes need to be bled out for sure and I don't know what else. I spent over $600 alone on all the brake parts. New window handles. New sliding door handle. I also have a new windshield rubber seal. I have new kick boards and a new floor mat for the front cab. This may not seem like a big deal but it was $200.00 for both of those items. This Bus is hand brush painted with Red and White Rustoleum to keep her body from rusting which has done a very good job at keeping the rust at bay. (This was done to protect the body mainly as original paint was fading. It does look great going down the road but when you do get up close you can see it is not a professional paint job. Either way, she looks great with those colors.) Being that she is 45 years old this year she is in good shape. She's not perfect but she has tons of potential! I have had her for 6 years but I am needing to move and I just can't keep it any longer. The wife says she has to go! lol So be it. Lots of work has been done to this bus and the person who gets her will have a lot less to do to her if you are planning to rehab her entirely. I have used her over the past few years for camping trips and it was always a blast to drive down the road. There are some interior pictures along with some pictures of the engine compartment which show the oil filter and oil cooler system. There is some minor surface rust on the floorboard. As I stated before, THE BRAKES ARE NOT WORKING AT THIS TIME! This vehicle will need to be towed by the winning bidder as it is not safe to drive in its present condition. I repeat!
