I am listing this beautiful 1962 Chevrolet Impala Super Sport, Golden Anniversary Edition, for a friend of mine who does not have an ebay account. If you know anything about the 1962 Golden Anniversary Edition, you already know that Chevrolet only built between 300 and 350 of these cars which makes this car ultra-rare. If you don't know about them, please Google it. This car was treated to a frame-off restoration a year or so ago and around 500 miles ago. It has the Golden Anniversary Gold paint (code 927) and yellow-gold (trim code 891) vinyl bucket seats and console. The car also has a 327/300 hp V8 and a powerglide transmission. It also has power steering, power brakes, and factory air conditioning. The car is sporting dual antennas, fender skirts, front bumper and grill guard, and rear bumper guards. I am starting the bid at $20,000.00. We all know it's worth way more than that so why start it at $100.00? Gordon does not have a PayPal account so your $2,000.00 deposit will have to be in the form of a check or cash. Bear in mind, that if you present a check, the car will not leave his possession until the check has cleared the bank. Also, the deposit must be received within 72 hours of the auction's end. Full payment must be received within seven days of the auction's end. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, but if you send a shipper, we will make sure it gets on the truck.
