Vehicle Detail
Up for your consideration is this excellent condition Lincoln Continental Mark IV, 89,000 original miles, runs and drives excellent, rides like a cloud on the freeway. This car is a great driver, it has a 7.5 L 460 Ford motor. All electrical is operational including power sunroof, heater blows hot, defrost works well, original stereo works great, power seats work, antenna is in upright position, and a new master cylinder. Plus this Lincoln Mark IV still has its original wheels and center caps, body moldings in great shape, all marker signals working correctly, automatic head lamp covers are also functioning as they should, headliner is in mint shape as well as the dash, door panels are also in superb shape, original carpets and mats are unstained, and the seats are still soft and comfortable. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. This car is being sold as is. Please bid with confidence. Important details include one small parking lot ding on the passenger door that can be popped out. I will have this dent popped out for the winning bidder if the bidder would like. Furthermore, the passenger window needs a switch installed which I am currently looking for one to order. * Clean and clear Washington title. * Original jack , trunk carpet , and spare tire are also included !!!* Original paperwork includes title* Owners manual * Sunroof Informational brochure All Mark IVs were equipped with the 460 in³ (7.5 L) Ford 385 series V8 engine. 1972 Mark IV's were rated at 365 bhp, the engine being a direct carry-over from the previous Mark III. In 1973 compression-ratio was lowered considerably due to new changing EPA requirements, and Ford adopted a new SAE method of measuring horsepower, resulting in 212 SAE net hp (158 kW). The performance-gap between the 1972 and its later-year brethren was significant. All model years drove through a C6 3-speed automatic transmission. The 1975 Lincoln mark IV is the lowest production year making it the rarest for this series.
