Up for auction is an origin steel Mullins Red Cap trailer. For anyone with an original restored classic or hot rod, an original steel trailer is the only option. These are very collectable. Saw one unrestored on Fast & Loud for $5000. Search online. A restored trailer sold at one of the major auctions for $26,500. There is a Mullins club and parts are available. Only about 2000 were made. This trailer is missing the tailgate. I have both of the original Artillery wheels. One has a bad tire so is not seen in the pictures. The original receiver is still in place, the modern one was welded on top of it. All of the modern add ons can be removed easily. Has the original VIN tag but trailers are untitled in South Carolina. Will come with a bill of sale. **I also have the the hard cover book "Mullins Red Cap Utility Trailer" by Robert L Parmelee. It will be included in the sale.
