Vehicle Detail
No reserve auction! 2011 335d, a car with an astonishing mixture of power (425 ft lbs of torque), efficiency (high 30s MPG highway), and luxury (full suite of BMW add-ons). Easily go 500 miles on a single tank! Beyond the usual 335d features, options include:--Navigation system with satellite radio and USB adapter--Cold weather package (heated seats, heated steering wheel, headlight washers) --Premium package (moonroof, integrated garage door opener, auto-dim mirrors, 8-way power driver seat)--Xenon headlights This car comes with an extended warranty from BMW to 100K miles or July 2017. Furthermore, it comes with an extended service agreement from BMW, also to 100K, covering all factory-recommended maintenance. $50 warranty transfer fee included in the sales price. Beyond new tires in 2013, all service to this point has been performed by BMW dealers (obviously). There are a few minor scratches/dings to the exterior, but nothing outside of what you'd expect from a 4 year-old vehicle. (The worst is a pebble ding a few inches to left of hood ornament... see pictures.) Beyond the superficial issues, there are no known mechanical defects. Car currently resides about a half-hour north of Madison, WI. The car is listed locally, and auction may end early if asking/buy it now is hit. Answers to some questions I've gotten... Q: Any accidents? A: Nope, no body work has ever been done.Q: Do you have the title in hand? A: Yes. I can close the deal quickly.Q: What is and isn't covered by the BMW service plan? A: I have had zero out of pocket expenses for maintenance with the exception of tires. Basically, if a part breaks, the warranty covers it. If it needs normal/scheduled maintenance (eg oil changes, brakes), the service agreement covers it. If it's normal wear and tear (eg, rock dings on hood), that's life. Here is a link to the current-year BMW service program, which is not substantially different from the 2011 version that comes with this car to 100K: http://www.bmwusa.com/UltimateService All service has been done at dealers, so the service that has been done is in their database.Q: Can you give some more details about the cosmetic issues? A: I've taken and posted a few more pictures. Ding on the hood, rock-holes through two lower grilles, scuff on driver's rear quarter, "wedding ring scratches" by driver door handle. It's not a new car... but it's not priced as one and still in very good shape overall.Q: Will you meet me in Chicago/Philly/St Louis? A: Unless I'm paid for time and way to get home, no. Probably better/cheaper to just use uShip. I'll gladly go within a half-hour of Madison.
