Beautiful older restoration that is garage kept, and has been driven very few miles. This is an original fuel car that sold new locally and each owner has lived within a close proximity. The original owner decided to take her to the drag strip with a few modifications for headers and blow proof bell housing she became quite the weekend warrior! Running Stock/Class with uncut body she earned quite the reputation ( while still being street driven). The car enjoyed an early retirement and was stored inside for over 25 years before going through a 3 year extensive restoration. The body is super nice and very straight! The car presents itself well without disappointment. The engine was rebuilt to factory specs, the fuel unit also. Everything either new or rebuilt during restoration from tires to top, and bumper to bumper. Convertible top is white. Original Wonderbar radio with FM chip. The car was restored with correct exhaust and bell housing. This was never a "drag car " but a nice fuelie that was driven to the track for weekend recreation. These were not classic cars in the 60's they were high performance cars and built to compete. I got my first Corvette in the late 60's and did exactly the same thing even had a bumper sticker that read "I Love My Hooker Headers". Darn sure miss those days, it sure was fun!!!
