1973 Pontiac Catalina Brougham. All original 400 CI engine, 400 transmission, 2bbl carb, 2 door, Factory a/c, front bench seat, column shift, rally wheels. 108k miles. I am the third owner and have had it since 1997. Great project car. The body and frame are in very good condition. All the glass is good except for a crack in the windshield. The suspension and paint were re-done just before it was parked. This car is a great candidate for restoration. Clean title ready to be notarized and transferred. Feel free to contact me for more info or if you want to come look at the car before you bid.On Dec-24-14 at 16:34:27 PST, seller added the following information: Its been pointed out to me that this Pontiac is a 1972 Catalina. 1972 was the last year Pontiac made the Catalina Brougham and this one is definitely a Brougham complete with the brougham emblem and the 1972 body style, however the title states that it is a 1973. I recently wondered about this myself and wondered if it was a mistake by Arizona motor vehicle division, so I checked the sticker which is still on the inside of the driver door to see the manufacture date. The sticker shows that it was manufactured in 09/72 which, I think , does make it a 1973. The only thing i could figure is that either it is a mistake on the title, it was released late and considered a 1973 model year, or maybe it was special ordered. I'm trying to find the previous owner, who I once knew but haven't seen in years, to see if he knows anything about this. I just checked the vin # on title against the vin plate on the dash and the numbers match. Its possible that this is the last brougham Pontiac made or maybe it's a one of a kind 73 brougham with the 72 body. I don't know for sure but there must be an explanation. If anyone has an idea of what it might be, I would like to know. Happy holidays!On Dec-25-14 at 21:15:44 PST, seller added the following information: The interior of this Pontiac has gotten some sun and will need some work. The seats and top of the dash are in pretty rough shape, but the instrument panel area and steering wheel look ok. The floor is solid and structurally sound as far as I can tell. The engine compartment looks good inside. The radiator, shroud, fan, and air cleaner were removed, but these parts have been stored and are all there to put it back together. The trunk started to develop a little rust inside over the last couple years. This Pontiac has been sitting for quite a few years, it is not a daily driver. The tires are flat and I don't think they will hold air. Please inquire for more info. I can provide more pictures or descriptions of any specific areas of the car upon request.
