1963 Studebaker GT HawkThis is a very nice 1963 GT Hawk that has extensive restoration including rebuilt transmission, rebuilt 289 V-8 engine, new paint, new brakes, new tires, new interior including upholstery, carpeting, and headliner, new weather seals, fresh chrome and moldings, new badges and scripts and a number of other items. It has power steering and power brakes. It also has the original AM radio. This car looks good and drives very well. Most of the work was done in a shop which specialized in Studebaker and Avanti cars for over 35 years.In 2008 it was bought by a private museum and displayed in a climate controlled building. It has been driven very little, but normal maintenance has been performed including brake adjustments and a rebuilt radiator. Here is a short video I shot of this Studebaker running.
