This car has never been in an accident, has always been garaged and runs great. Other than the minor issues mentioned above I’m not aware of any other problems. The Z3 is mechanically sound. and looks better than one would expect from a 1997. I would be glad to show the car or submit to a mechanical inspection. There is not a spot of rust on this car! The car is awesome on gas (>35MPG on the highway), and handles like you would expect from a BMW. This car comes with custom fitted New-Zealand sheepskin seat covers (>$500- less than one year ago) and a complete dust cover. Items replaced within the past three years: New Tires New water pump New radiator New battery New top I’m selling this car since I will need the garage space for my new home business (DBA). Car comes with $80- complete shop manual and parts DVD. This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. Terms & Conditions The successful high bidder will submit a $500.00 non-refundable deposit within 1 business day of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle Payment - Cashier’s Check, wire transfer, or postal money order. All funds must be in US dollars only. I have tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have some dings and scratches inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. I welcome and recommend a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection fees. Shipping - The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Please contact me if you would like me to help assist in finding a shipping company. I assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving my possession. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is picked up by the shipping company. The vehicle must be picked up or shipped within 14 days at the close of the auction. After that reasonable storage fees will be incurred. Warranty - Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold "as is". Non-Paying Bidder - If the deposit is not received within 2 business days of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 7 days following the close of auction, I reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. Known issues: Check engine light comes on every ones in a while due to a cam-position sensor fault. (A new cam-position sensor is about $29- and easy to replace.) The front bumper is scratched on the bottom due to scraping a parking-spot marker. ACS light comes on un-commanded, most likely due to wheel alignment.
