This is a great running, rust free solid '66. Originally from California it was sold to a gentleman in Alabama from whom I bought it in 2007. I flew down and drove it back to Maine without a hitch. The motor had been rebuilt and bored in Alabama. I was going to finish the restoration, which I have almost accomplished and am now giving up. The interior needs to be completed as you can see in the photos. There is a new headliner, new carpet, the padded dash is tear free, and the rear deck has been restored. The trim, mirror, and interior panels are all in the trunk ready to be recovered. It is wired for power windows and the head lights do work. The car was completely stripped and painted. The dent free chrome has had nothing done to it and shines like new. Tires are new- a small leak in the gas tank has recently developed. This has become a great deal for someone as one bid over $5000 and it's yours. Ridiculous.
