Vehicle Detail

This was my grandfather's Travelall and he passed it on to me but I just don't have the time or money to tinker with it. It has both front bench seats, all glass, back cargo doors, drives like a tank. Currently not running with some water in the tank. New brake and clutch master cylinders, both fuel tanks have been professionally resealed and coated, but otherwise in original condition. Engine has some smoke from the rings but puts along just fine otherwise. Cooling system worked fine when last running, about 2 months ago. Additional details: Sorry I'm just now getting around to adding more info, I wasn't expecting this much response and a few guys locally are bidding as well that have seen it so I was thinking that it would just be them. Anyways, The Good: within the last 2 years, I've bought a new headlight switch assembly, locking gas caps, interior door handles, full size waterproof car cover, fuel pump, alternator, battery, plugs and wires and distributor cap, accessory belt and both master cylinders....and newer tires in good shape to fit the goofy 3 piece rims. I towed it on a tow dolly from California about 6 months ago with no problems from the back tires, new 4 way tire iron. Old stuff included: 2 tire chains for the snow/ice, factory manuals, old International valve covers and assorted engine hardware....and maybe something else I can't remember. The Bad: some rust on the floor pan that is flaky and a little soft to step on, half of the engine gauges work, which means half of them do not, the hood vent leaks water in the cab when raining hard, the transmission (4 speed on the floor) is stuck in gear because I took the top cover off and can't get the levers to line up into place. The Ugly: Did I mention the rust? good, better to undersell than surprise you! I tried to show the rust has been localized in the drivers/passenger floor pan area (see photos) but the rest of the truck is surface only, including lower quarter panels... all in decent shape for refinishing. the photos don't show the back curved windows are cracked with large spider webbing, but the rest of the glass is decent except for a few chips on the windshield. Headliner's missing and windshield wipers don't work. thanks for bidding! and remember: this is a tow away only vehicle from 1 hour north of Seattle.
