This loaded up DTS was purchased by us in it's current condition with a New York State salvage repairable certificate. Please read our description below. All of our cars are sold "as is" with no warranty expressed or implied. We sell everything we list and always selling with No Reserve. Condition - We will do our best to visually describe what this vehicle requires. There is no way to determine exactly what a vehicle needs to bring it back until one gets into the actual project of repairing it so please understand that our description very well may not and probably won't list everything that needs to be done. Now as to this vehicle: exterior - The vehicle has damage to the front bumper cover, right front door and hood. The other right side panels are scratched. Also, the right fender and right head/fog lights are missing. In addition, there are a couple broken wires that go to the fog light. All the rims and glass are in great condition besides one which has outer edge scratches and the other rims have slight peeling of the finish. The tires are mismatched(235/55/17) three having about 70% tread remaining. One tire has about 40% tread left. interior- The interior is in excellent condition. All functions work perfectly. The steering wheel airbag has deployed and the front seatbelts are inoperative. drivetrain- The vehicle runs and drives perfectly. A 10% deposit of the final price is due within three days of the close of the auction. The balance due is required within 7 days from the close of the auction and must be in the form of a bank wire transfer or cashiers check. By law, tax must be collected from New York State residents. Regency Motors reserves the right to close an auction at any time. We welcome all interested parties to come and inspect the car.
