Vehicle Detail

Up for auction is my faithful old Holden VP, still a joy to drive but after years without a garage or car port the body is shocking. Also once I left a can of cocacola from kfc drivethrough on the dash but it exploded and took out the airconditioner computer board, also the windows no longer operate. It's main strength is it's running gear and the motor which has done a little over 200,000 (can't seem to get it to show up now, might need the battery in it) and doesn't use any oil. I have got another one and was thinking of keeping it for the motor but it's just taking up too much space the yard so I'm willing to let it go now. The manifold light comes on and I got another manifold which is in the back seat, never got around to fitting it. the two front tyres are road worthy, the back ones borderline so I'd say no with those. It has the fantastic Holden mag wheels, well I always loved them anyways. Radio-cassette is fine but really it's the great motor and other running gear which makes it still of some value to someone needing a good motor/ auto gear box and other bits and pieces. If you want further photos email and explain what you would like to se and I'll email back what I can. The winning bidder will need to bring some petrol and maybe a battery. The one I have here is out of the new one I got as I found it starts ok but after driving a while the battery goes dead till it cools right down so I swapped it over for the one in my old car which I only bought a few months before. Anything else you want to know about it email and I'll email back. Thanks. Computer keeps asking for VIN I put it in but it keeps on asking I'll see if the vin number off my new one works but anyway the vin off the one on auction is:- 6H8VPL35HPL615959 On Dec-02-14 at 16:10:24 PST, seller added the following information: Up for auction is my faithful old Holden VP, still a joy to drive but after years without a garage or car port the body is shocking. Anything else you want to know about it email and I'll email back. Thanks. ...I had to go down to town a couple of times earlier in the year, once to Noble Park and then to Belgrave and it was on the way back from Belgrave in Cranbourne (around an hours drive from home) that I was pulled over for a breath test and I was S------ myself thinking they'll put me off the road because of the shape of the body and I'll have to hitchhike home but luckily they said nothing about the car...but it was this that motivated me to get another one in better shape so I wouldn't be worrying about this in the future. The vin number is:- 6H8VPL35HPL615959 and although the plates are on it it is not registered and the winner, will have to get a permit to drive it home.
