1952 cj3a, has been a project for me and my son, now that it is done we are ready for another project.All most everything was replaced or rebuilt. Please read entire listing before bidding or asking questions. This jeep runs drives and stops as it should. The tub was completely stripped, the fenders, hood grille and windshield frame were media blasted then it was all epoxy primed and painted . The tailgate, dash panel and toolbox were replaced with new parts. The engine was not rebuilt but was compression checked as well as the bearing checked then all gaskets including the head gasket were replaced with new, holds good oil pressure. Engine has new intake, water pump, all air filter parts, heat riser in exauts, all exhaust system replaced. Has new radiator, thermostat, hoses, All the electrical parts were replaced with new including complete wiring harness, lights, tail lights, ignition switch, headlight switch, battery, electronic distributor, no more points to adjust, voltage regulator. New fuel system including new tank, lines, pump and original carter carb rebuilt. All new brake system including master cylinder, all lines, brake shoes including parking brake, new wheel cylinders and hardware. Transmission and transfer case were rebuilt and work as they should. Front axle was rebuilt as well as the steering box, has all new tie rods new steering wheel.. Rear axle was also rebuilt. Has brand new 700x16 tires, tubes and brand new wheels. New canvas seat covers from beachwood canvas To many new parts to list but have recets for almost everything that was bought. This is a great rust free straight jeep ready to drive. I have tried to keep it all original. The only thing not done are the windshield wipers. I do have the original vacuum motor for the drivers side and the hand wiper for the pass side. does have a small dent in top of the left fender from sitting in the garage, I would strongly encourage bidders to come take a look before bidding. This is not a museum quality restoration but is very nice. Also have lots of parts to go with the jeep including complete motor, transmission, transfer case, front axle that would all need rebuilt and other small parts. I have a auto shipper with a enclosed trailer that may be able to transport depending on location, I will not call him everyday to ask what he will charge to ship to you. Also have original tow hitch for back. I will include the extra paint left over for the body color. Clutch was rebuilt by local shop as well as the starter and generator. Wiring harness is cloth covered just like original. New shocks, wheel studs, lug nuts, front and rear bumpers , ujoints in both drive shafts, new shacles and bolts on all leaf springs and canvas tailgate chains. Also included are extra set of spark plugs, oil filter, fan belt and the original points style distributor.
