This is a running and driving 2009 Hyundai Sonata 2.4 liter sedan. It has less than 70000 miles on it and runs and drives great. The emissions and inspections have been done on this car and it passed both. I really like this car and do not want to sell it too bad but need to. This car was incorrectly given a Utah Non-Repairable title from an insurance company when my dad and I bought it from an auction making it unable to be registered in Utah even though it is in perfect condition. The only problem it had was a burn mark on the air box which was replaced. I am selling it so low because I am in the process of trying to get it changed over to a specially constructed title so I can register it but will let someone else mess with it or part it out for the price I have listed because that is what I am into it. This car is being sold AS IS and NO WARRANTY. If you are not local or can pick up the vehicle you will have to make arrangements to transport the vehicle on your own. I do not have access to such transportation nor will pay for it. I have another car and just need this one gone. This is not a scam and I want to be 100% ethical about selling this car because it is an interesting situation. Please let me know if you are interested or want to look at it or drive it around.
