This 1969 Super Wagoneer has been my ongoing project for over 20 years. It is not a restoration; it has been an ongoing, upgraded and well maintained daily driver. Included in the sale will be four completely rust free, primed doors and tail gate, and a front grill. I had planned on installing them when I got around to a new paint job.The odometer reads 55,206, however the actual mileage is unknown. All gauges, switches and electrical are in good working order. Engine: Have paperwork on the rebuilt 1970 455-4 Buick engine (Quench heads, Stage 1 cam) I installed 15,000 miles ago. Custom made 5 row radiator. Transmission: Original GM Turbo 400 was rebuilt about 10 years ago with extra clutch packs and a shift kit. I estimate 50,000 miles on it. Works great-no issues. The original Dana 20 transfer case was rebuilt in January of 2010 and has about 4000 miles on it. A new RV torque converter was installed at the same time. The rear end is a 1973 Dana 44 full flange rear axle with the correct offset. 3:54 gears with a Detroit Locker. The front end is a 1978 Dana 44 HD with 3:54 gears with a powr lock. Disc brakes on the front and the upgraded dual diaphragm power brake booster was installed earlier this year. Tires are Goodyear Kevlar Wrangler 31x10.50x15 and have 75% tread remaining. Upper and lower ball joints and tie rod ends were replaced last year. Dual fuel tanks installed with a Wagoneer filler neck and hoses. (Much easier to fill than the original). $250 was spent restoring the original black and yellow California plates. As you can see from the photos, the Super Wagoneer exterior panels are in excellent condition. Original Super Wagoneer interior options: Console shift with armrest, tilt column and in dash air conditioning. The extremely rare console clock is complete but only works sporadically. The rest of the interior is from a 1978 Wagoneer: Electric leather seats and brown panels and carpet. Electric mirrors and intermittent wipers. New Retro Sound AM/FM Aux radio. Original Jeep ignition and glove box keys. In the spring of 2014, both rusted left and right inner and outer quarter panels were replaced at a cost of $2500.00. The roof was Linexed at the same time. This jeep is exempt from California smog. It is located in Davis, Ca. and I am willing make it available for inspection. I am anxious to clear out my garage-the reserve is very reasonable on this solid, rust free, rare Wagoneer.
