1965 Ambassadoe 990 H-very very rare car. 2 door hardtop that has been stored for the last 30 years. Less than 600 were built with the 6 cylinder. The 990 H was the highest end car they produced. After getting it out of storage the following items were done-new tires, clean set of used wheels, new trunk mat, new carpet, new shocks, overhauled carb, flush engine and put new coolant in, replaced the points with pertronix ignition, new plug wires, cap, rotor, plugs, oil change of course, air filter, carb filter, greased wheel bearings, new muffler (needs tailpipe so it exits out the rear of the car). The car also needs an antenna-it has a facrory AM/FM radio as well as the ULTRA RARE TWIN STICK shifter. The floors and frame are solid and the body rust is minimal as the photos show. It has a cracked windshield. This is a great car for restoration or just drive it as is. It runs, drives and stops. The air is all there but I cannot get it to take freon. The car just needs a good home and someone to give it a bit more TLC. I do not have the time to keep going on it so here is your chance to own something out of the ordinary.
