Vehicle Detail

0 false 18 pt 18 pt 0 0 false false false NO RESERVE HIGHEST BIDDER WILL TAKE THIS NOVA SS HOME!!!!!!!!!! There is over 100 detailed pictures just scroll inside the box if you do not see them, Thanks! Here is the ground pounder you have been waiting for a nice 1971 Nova SS Factory 114 V8 car with a nasty 355, built Turbo 400, hooked to a factory 12 bolt rear. Paint and body are in excellent shape as is the brand new interior. Engine is a 350 bored .30 over, 4-Bolt Main, all built up with forged crank, H-Beam rods, J&E Forged Pistons 10 ½: 1 ratio, Comp Cam 560 lift, Full Roller Valvetrain, Double Hump 2:02 heads with extensive port work, Victor Jr Intake, Edelbrock 600 CFM Carb, Hooker Super Comp Headers, MSD Ignition 6AL with Rev Limiter, Milodon 7 quart oil pan, Melling high volume oil pump, high performance mechanical fuel pump. Exhaust consists of 3” with race mufflers give it that classic muscle car sound. Engine has about 460 Horse and runs off 93 pump gas just fine. The 355 has about 1500 miles on it since the complete rebuild and runs like it should no noise, no smoke, no funny sounds, just pure old school power. A Chrome Edelbrock kit makes it shine for those car shows. Cooling this beast is a new aluminum radiator and new water pump which keeps this Nova around 165 even in stop and go traffic. This beauty is also equipped with factory Power Steering as well. The transmission is a fresh Built Turbo 400 with manual valve body, 3000 Stall, Hardened Internals, Chrome Tranny Pan, and lots of other goodies. Putting the power to the ground is a factory 12 Bolt Rear with Richmond 4:10 Gears, Eaton Posi-Trac Unit, High Performance Axles, Heavy Duty Bearings and Seals, and a Chrome Differential Cover. Interior was all restored with new carpet, new correct SS bucket seats with new foam, new rear seat with new foam, all new seat belts, new dash, new headliner, new sail panels, new package tray, new package tray trim, new sunpro gauges and autometer tach, factory console and shifter, new factory steering wheel, everything works including turn signals, headlights, wipers, etc. The speedometer and radio are non functional and the gas gauge only goes up to 1/2. There are no door lock knobs as well. Originally an A/C car all the controls are still in the dash so if the new owner wants to add back the Factory A/C it could be done relatively easy. Body and paint is 5 years old and still in excellent shape it is PPG Ermine White, no waves, all the gaps are great, has a extremely nice shine with no orange peel, very solid car overall but there are a few very very minor areas starting to show their age which are pictured but nothing serious and most of them the camera could not even pick up. I am just very picky when it comes to classic cars and like to tell the potential buyer any flaws I notice. But overall I would say the car is a good 5 footer and most people would not even notice the minor flaws. It is missing the passenger turn signal lens I have already purchased one and it will be installed before the auction ends. But turn signals work great as mentioned before. The hood is a steel 2” cowl hood. Bumpers are new and the rest of the trim and stainless are original and in great overall shape. All the glass is in great shape as well. Suspension has just been gone through, new tie rod, new bushings, subframe connectors, traction bars, multi leaf rear. The underneath is super solid no rust and appears to be all-original with no evidence of patches or replacements. One of the most solid Novas I have owned. This is a great entry-level muscle car or street/strip that is very dependable. Just turn the key and go, this beauty doesn’t run hot, doesn’t need anything except gas to be enjoyed and has more power than one could ever desire. You will not find a nicer Nova SS for the money bid to win as it is NO RESERVE, Clear Florida Title and car is sold AS-IS with local inspections welcome no disappointments car is as advertised.
