1975 Maserati Merak, one of 107 produced worldwide and appreciating quickly. 65,082 original miles with extensive professional restoration. Placed 1st at the “Bellezze d’ Italia 2013” Purchased in 2005 from Southern California collector, with rebuilt original motor and 5 speed transmission. Since 2005 it has received a full body restoration, complete suspension rebuild with all new components powder coated, with gold zinc fasteners throughout. New clutch assembly installed in 2012 and a 110 hour engine compartment restoration performed at that time. The car is equipped with an A/C system but is not operational at the moment. The compressor has been rebuilt recently, and I am still trying to locate OEM drier high pressure connecting line. This car has received hundreds of hours of work and drives as good as any daily driver. It has tested itself in a 900 mile rally in 100 plus degree temperatures, without problem. It is now time to move on to another project and let someone else enjoy owning this classic sports car.
