It has been garaged since 1964. It has the original black paint, which was an unusual and rare color for the Rambler convertibles. It has about 40,000 original miles. The car is all complete, and has never been restored or altered. The car does not presently run. This would be a good car to restore. The doors are in excellent condition. They are not rotted on the bottom, and they do not sag when opened. All of the windows roll up and down easily. I have a NOS windshield and passenger front fender, which will go with the car. The trunk and hood open and close nicely, and are not rotted. All of the convertible top mechanism is present. It has overdrive. The floors and rocker panels are rusty, and will need replacing. Structurally, the car is very solid. You can jack it up by the bumpers, and it does not sag. The interior is all original and pretty basic, so it should be inexpensive to reupholster. The inner fenders under the hood are in excellent condition and not rotted in the hood spring area. All in all, this would be a worthwhile restoration because this little car is quite rare, and valued highly. I plan to sell this car to the high bidder or highest offer, so ask any and all questions you may have before bidding. Once the car is paid for, there will be no hurry for the buyer to pick it up.
