Very nice 1979 Super Beetle convertible for sale. We are the second owners of this beautiful car. One repaint to original factory red two years ago. All window and body moldings were replaced when the car was painted. Floor pans were repaired at time of painting. Body has no dents or scratches and looks great. Seats, carpet, headliner are all perfect. Top is in good condition overall - seals as it should & no holes or rips. It can be raised or lowered with one hand. Less than 1000 miles on brakes. Have receipts for all repairs including many other minor items - wipers, etc. Everything works as it should except factory installed clock. This car includes rare factory A\C that blows cold. The car starts, runs, and drives excellently. Tires still have very deep tread but they were on the car when we purchased so I am not sure of their age. Very minor surface rust on chrome bumpers but they polish out nicely. This car gets a lot of a lot of attention and can be driven anywhere. Includes very nice car cover. We have owned this car for a little over a year and have really enjoyed it. This is for sale by owner and we are not car dealers. We have downsized our home and just don't have room to store our toys anymore. The car is also for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction early. There is no warranty on this vehicle. I have tried my best to represent the car as closely as possible and invite inspections or questions. Shipping is the responsibility of the winning bidder. I will work closely with the winner to make sure the car is loaded safely with the carrier of your choice. I have a clear Florida Title in hand.
