Up for bid is a 1994 Buick Roadmaster Estate Wagon with 94k one owner miles. Clean history report. Spent all of her life in the Richmond, VA area - no body rust, nice undercarriage. Loaded up with power everything. Boasting GMs Corvette inspired multiport injected 5.7L LT1 V8 engine and 4L60E 4 speed automatic transmission, she puts down plenty of power. Heavy duty cooling with 2.56 open rear end (GM8 & V03 build codes). Delivers consistent 16 in town and 24 highway at 70 mph. Pleasant after 6:30 pm weekdays or any time weekends by appointment. Condition Report ENGINE: Runs on all eight cylinders without smoking, missing or knocking. Engine runs at proper temperature. Good battery & good charging system. Starts easy and runs strong. TRANSMISSION: Performs as designed. Engages gears quickly and shifts through all forward gears and reverse with good downshift and torque converter performance. Clean fluid with no burn odors. EXTERIOR: Body: Body is in very nice shape with only a couple very small dings on hood and lower right rear quarter as pictured. Very straight. No body rust ever. Above average body. Paint: Paint is fair - all original but starting to fade above left taillight and a couple spots on the hood. About average for age and climate. Wood: Upper wood trim was removed, painted tan and reinstalled so it wont peel like most do at this age. The side panel fake wood is in good shape on the right side of the car and left front panels, but left rear panels and tailgate have some sun damage/checking as seen in pics. Other: Lower stainless bright trim mostly good - left rear quarter piece has a ding as seen in pics but others are fine. Rubber side trim is all there. Windshield has a rock chip low on the drivers side - all other glass good. Undercarriage is extremely nice with only minor surface rust - see the pics. Underhood sheet metal, tailgate sill and door jambs have no rust as seen in pics. Three aluminum wheels are in good shape, right rear has a curb rash spot as seen in pics but I have an undamaged rim you can have if youre keeping the car stock. INTERIOR: Interior of the car is in good shape. There is some light carpet wear, light drivers seat wear, and light steering wheel wear. Dash has no cracks, rest of leather seating areas are in great shape, cargo deck carpet in good shape with minor stains. Headliner is nice - no sagging. No smoke or pet odors. Nice interior overall. ELECTRICAL STUFF: All inspection items work (lights, horn, wipers, etc.) Except for the power antenna, which sometimes gets stuck in the extended position, all other power options work reliably, including power windows, power locks, power seats, hot heat and cold A/C, tilt, cruise, am/fm stereo cassette, rear window release, rear wiper, keyless entry, twilight sentinel, intermittent wipers, and rear defroster. Left turn signal will not cancel on its own - you have to turn it off. DRIVEABILITY: Drives out nicely. Steering is tight, alignment is good, suspension is reasonably tight. Brakes work well with good linings. Tires have about 40% tread remaining on a matched set of Firestone whitewall radials. Solid, quiet exhaust with no leaks. Check engine light is not lit (except at start up as it should.) No complaints - drive anywhere. Short version terms: Small non-refundable deposit as listed (but fast) by Paypal within 24 hours.
