You are bidding on a 1931 Ford Model A Deluxe Roadster known as a 40-B by collectors. The car is finished in the correct period colors of Washington Blue and Rivera Blue with Tacoma Cream wire wheels and striping. As seen in the pictures the car has a tan leather front seat and carpet. This car was a frame off restoration in the 1980's and was awarded a National First Place Senior Award by the AACA in Hershey PA in 1988. This Henry Ford all steel classic also features a LeBaron Bonney tan leather interior, convertible top and rear trunk. If you are worried about the threat of a thunder shower on a summer day you'll be relieved to know the car comes with a rare complete set of properly fitting side curtains (although there is some wear especially on the drivers side curtain). The roadster sits on four (4) almost new Firestone whitewalls and features matching dual wheel well spares. Additional features include the ever popular rumble seat, pop out ignition switch, Champion 3X spark plugs and a Zenith Carburetor. The car has recently received a service by a qualified Model A mechanic. Service included installation of a new "leakless" water pump, manifold gasket, minor tune up, brake and steering adjustment and radiator flush. Bottom line: This car is ready for show or go. The new owner should be able to enjoy this car the day it arrives in the driveway.
