There is no title and I believe it was never registered. The plastic should clean up nice. It starts and runs. The carb could use a cleaning as it sat for a few years before I got it. Only seems to be missing a few tools and the kickstart lever. Very rare complete bike that should clean up nice. I got it in on a trade and already have a 95 so I don't need two.
