2004 Passat TDI Car starts right up and drives, but id drives sluggish.Codes that are coming up are PO299 and PO741.Transmission shifts, but code shows that needs torque converter.Engine runs smooth. PO299 means it have vacuum leak or needs boost sensor.Interior is clean, free of smell or hair. Driver seat has hole, please see pictures.Rear right window doesn't work.
