For sale is a 1963 Corvair Monza 900 4 Speed Convertible in very nice condition. Purchased this car about 3 years ago as a present for my wife, it has been a great car and driven regularly until a few months ago when we purchased another toy for the garage and it is just not being used anymore and only collecting dust in our garage. The car runs and drives very well. The engine just purrs and the transmission shifts smooth and the 4 speed makes it very quick. It has a set of brand new 13 inch white wall tires that are becoming harder and harder to find. It also has a new top in great condition. The Saddle Tan interior is all original and in really nice shape. Car did not come with seat belts front or rear from the factory but I just installed front and rear seat belts with color correct replacements from Clarks and the sheet metal mounting points were actually stamped from the factory so they are installed perfectly and look really nice. Brand new aluminum sill guards from Clarks as well. The Saddle Tan exterior has been resprayed in original color, not a show quality paint job but not that bad either---a "10 footer". There are a couple of small bubbles of rust starting in the wheel well edges--see photos, but nothing major and that is it for rust, the body, floors, trunk, sills and undercarriage are all solid. The engine leaks a bit of oil but all Corvairs do. The horn just stopped working and the radio is not hooked up to the speaker but does have power and is original. The turn signals can be finicky, if you know the system you know what I am talking about, the cable and connection just needs to be adjusted. Please email with any questions or for more photos.
