It has seen regular mechanical maintenance checkups every 6 months. It has no mechanical or electrical issues. The engine is strong and reliable. It starts up smoothly every morning with no issues with leaking, stumbling, or any other issues. All the buttons, controls, and switch gear are perfect. The ride is smooth and quiet. The car has the M Sport wheels and has brand new tires as of last Fall. The sunroof, window, and door seals are all fresh and leak free. The brakes are strong with pads and rotors that have plenty of life left. Absolutely nothing in this car is broken or in bad condition. If it was we replace those kinds of things right away. Along with the rest of our cars it gets interior cleaning and exterior wax and polishing twice a year. The paint is smooth to touch and as you can see from the pictures is in great shape. The leather gets leather conditioning once a month, and it leaves the leather well oiled and soft. The drivers seat has seen the most regular use and it has no cracks, tears, or drying out. Even the motor is clean on a yearly basis just to make sure nothing is forgotten about. REASON FOR SELLING The only reason this car is being sold is because it is too small. My wife and I had recently has new born twins, so along with our 3 year old son this car no longer fits our life. If my wife and I were still without children there would be no talk of selling this car. USAA is a premium financial services company for military families. This is a full bumper to bumper mechanical and electrical warranty. It covers everything from the large mechanical items such as the engine, transmission, brake calipers, and differential to interior electrical items like the Nav system, steering wheel buttons, and even the automatic rear window shade. The only type of coverage this warranty doesn't provide are for regular wear items like brake pads, wipers, paint, etc. For a full list of coverage see the screen shots of the warranty coverage documents included in the photos. The warranty is transferrable for a $40 charge that will be paid for as part of the sale. Winning bidder must provide down payment of $500 the same day as the completion of the auction. Contact must be made within 24hrs, to provide the seller with the buyer's preferred shipping & payment details. If no contact or payment is made, the seller retains the option of terminating the sale and initiating a second chance offer to the next highest bidder. BUYER RESPONSIBILITY: PAYMENT. Buyer agrees that full payment will be completed before the release of the vehicle. Seller will accept paypal, personal check, cashiers check, or a loan company check. If paying by check, buyer must accept that the vehicle will only be released once the check has been verified by the bank and cleared.
