Up for auction is a 79' Corvette, This car is in very good condition, it runs and drives great. I wouldnt be afraid to drive it anywhere, it is very mechanically sound. It is Black with a Oyster colored leather interior which is also in good condition. The carpet is slightly faded but is otherwise in good shape. The car is numbers matching and in very good condition for a 35 year old Vette. It is all stock with the exception of a pair of Magna Flow mufflers( which sound great ), and an aftermarket radio. Under the hood it has the original 350 4 barrel with no modifications right down to the original chrome air cleaner. The engine runs smooth and does not smoke or use any oil. Likewise the transmission shifts firm and does not hesitate or slip. The underneath  is not rusty or scaly and is clean.The car comes with T-Tops and the original cases for them are in the back which is rare to see. The paint on the car is in good condition yet, it has a few small rock chips and blemishes but is still very presentable.Cleaned up it is worthy of your local car shows. I purchased this car from a retired veteran in his 60,s and the only reason he was selling it was because he was buying his dream 64 Corvette and didnt have room to keep both cars.He purchased this Corvette several years ago from a Chevrolet dealer for $14000.  The average book value on this car is $11600 which tells you it is in well above average condition and my reserve is well below the book value. The car comes with T-Tops, A/C ,cruise , tilt, power windows, power locks, and  auto transmission. As I stated this car is worthy of your local car shows its NOT a show car but a very nice driver. I've been driving it all summer and it gets plenty of attention. If you wanted to make it a show car it wouldnt take much. I encourage you to come and inspect the car before bidding or have E-bay do an inspection for you. I require a $500 deposit within 24 hours of end of auction with the balance paid within 7 days of end of auction. If I do not receive the deposit within 24 hours I will assume you are just another dreamer or scammer and the car will be relisted. If you have fewer than 20 feedback do not bid unless you contact me first or you bid will be cancelled.
