This car is a 2 owner car bought new from Atamiam Motors Worcester Ma. First owner was a young kid whose mother actually purchased the car for him. He did some amateur drag racing with it at the local airports etc. He was involved in a accident at a local modified race track as a spectator and died in the 70’s. His father kept the car stored for years as a memory of his son. The father passed in the late 80’s and the car was sold to the father’s good friend. We were lucky to have had the opportunity to purchase the car recently. This is a 2 top car that is original paint, interior, wheels, trim, antennae, transmission, spare, jack etc. A true survivor. Everything works on car except for radio and clock. In the mid 60’s the kid installed a 1964 small journal 2 bolt 327 with fuelie heads and 1962 winters intake. At some point the original posi rear was removed and now has an open rear. We can’t stress enough how original this car is except for engine and rear center section.
