This rare M Coupe was originally purchased by an individual in the military and then ended up at a BMW dealer in Michigan where I bought it. I've had it just over two years and have put about 2000 miles on it. It is not my daily driver, as I have a BMW 3 series for that. The car is a tremendous amount of fun to drive, but I'm ready for another BMW in my garage. The car was low mileage when I bought it, and at under 19k now, it is super low mileage. I had an oil change and inspection at Strictly BMW in Bellevue, WA shortly after I bought it, and then another oil change about a year later. Apart from the occasional drive in nice weather, it has been stored in my garage on a battery tender. The good: It's really a great car, in need of a good home. The bad: Very minor curb rash on one wheel. The previous owner was likely careless with his washing, as there are fine swirl marks in the paint. I'm sure these could be buffed out, but I don't have the equipment to do so. I washed and waxed the car recently, and it really looks great. The swirls aren't very noticeable. There is a small dent in the rear lid just to the left of the third brake light. It was present when I purchased the car. I have no idea how it got there, but you have to look close to see it. The lower lip on the front bumper has multiple fine paint chips from road pebbles, as well as abrasions from steep driveways, as is typical with a bumper this low. I have a good selling record. I'm tired of people asking me to write some fictitious number on the title transfer in order to decrease their tax payment. I won't cheat you, and I won't cheat Uncle Sam.
