Vehicle Detail

Up for sale is a 1990 Mustang GT Convertible. Built 302 with Turbo. 405rwhp at only 9 lbs of boost. 5 speed transmission. Triple black, with the leather interior. As I said, the motor is a rebuilt 302, done in Marion, IA by Horn Automotive Engineering. Forged pistons, ARP Bolts/Studs, Balanced, Comp Cam Valves and Comp Cams "Blower" cam shaft. 9.15:1 Compression. Custom turbo piping. New valve cover gaskets. Kurgan tuned, (one of the best). Manual transmission shifts nicely, aftermarket clutch feels good. 3.73 Gears in rear end. Odometer shows 34,500 miles, but Carfax shows 70,000 in 1998. My best answer is less than 134,500 miles on the body, whatever the gear swap has thrown it off. The engine was rebuilt in 2006 and not sure of mileage since. Either way, car can be cranked up for more, pretty conservatively tuned. Original GT, so no swap nuisances. The suspension is fine for daily driving, but shakes at highway speeds a little bit. The inside of the front tires is worn pretty good. Rather than just replace the tires and call it good, I am including brand new KYB Struts, SR Performance Lowering Springs, Billet Caster/Camber Plates, and Full-Length, weld-in Maximum Motorsports subframe connectors. It was all meant to be installed, I just don't have the time or the money to do it myself. Upper/lower control arms and the bushings have been replaced already. The front tires also need replaced and an alignment after all the above. The interior is in great shape. Multiple Autometer gauges and MSD shift light, brand new Sony CD player, and several billet pieces. The dash looks great, but the leather seats are cracked and although the top is waterproof, it could be cleaned up. Power windows and power locks. Airbag in the steering wheel. I have black map pocket deletes for the old saggy ones in the door that I haven't installed yet.The exterior is decent shape, but definitely shows its age. There is a small dent on the side, minor chips/scrates/etc all over the car. Still looks decent for being 24 years old overall. Car is always stored in garage. Big fiberglass cowl hood to clear the custom turbo piping. The trunk luggage rack has been removed and the holes covered with black tape, but the rack is included. Tint in the back window. Brand new headlights and foglights installed. The rear brakes have been converted to disc brakes off of a mercury, (fronts already are). 4 lugs all around with ROH deep wheels. If you have any questions, please reach me here. There is a loan on the vehicle through USAA, which is the only reason I'm selling it, (too many toys). Clean title with the lien mentioned. This includes the car and all sorts of parts, (most listed above). I do have a recent copy of the clean carfax available, (only thing not green is my lien on the title). Thanks.
