1984 Mercedes 300D**198700 well maintained miles**___CALL 619-734-5757___ Power Windows, Power Sunroof, Power Right Mirror, Power Locks, Brand New CD Player with Aux Imput, Cruise Control, COLD A/C, Power Antenna goes up and down perfectly, Clock and Tachometer work perfect MECHANICALLYThis car has been well maintained. I have a ton of maintenance records. The engine ALWAYS starts on the first start, and the transmission shifts smooth and quickly. The Engine has a lot of power and has no problem driving 80mph + up hills etc. Mechanically this needs nothing. A/C is Cold and works great. All Windows go up and down as they should. The vacuum locks work perfect. I drive it to work occasionally 100 miles round trip, and would have no hesitation to drive it across the US tomorrow. It needs nothing. It drives straight and doesn't pull. The brakes stop it well. I changed an oil line last month because due to an oil drip. This doesn't burn oil and doesn't smoke. Tires are good. EXTERIORPaint was recently waxed and looks new (a couple of rock chips but NO scratches or dents). This is an beautiful classic color and turns heads. THis has been stored inside and shoes that it has been continuously waxed. This has the classic german yellow fog lights. I recently had the wheels painted (original color) Pictures dont do this justice! The paint is super shinny!! INTERIORThe interior is super nice and just like the outside it shows it has been stored in the garage. There are two cracks in the dash both not even 4" long. One is in the center near the square sensor and the other near a speaker, neither are unsightly. In the rear seat there is a small cut smaller than a dime and wont get bigger. There are no stains in the interior. HISTORYI bought this about a year ago due to the condition and the history of prior owner. I bought it from a lady that had owned it since college, and she had received it from her grandfather who had owned it as well for many years. They had a ton of records and had taken excellent care of it. She had a veggie oil system installed and briefly used the oil system. It is still installed and she showed me where it needs a hose to function. I never was interested in using vegetable oil but its there for anyone that is. I am selling it due to a recent move we don't have room in the garage anymore. FYIThe A/C Heater doesn't come through the center vents on the dash. Probably just need to adjust the vacuum valve, but it cools the car fine. Most of the time the cruise control works but sometimes it doesn't. Also the Clock and the Tachometer work perfect. VERY FEW have working clocks and Tacometers Overall this car would make a great commuter or a car to take out on Sundays as it always turns heads and is fun to drive.
