Great running classic with all features working including clock. This car has been mechanically kept up to Mercedes standards. As the third owner, I cannot verify the mileage. The original odometer was replaced by the second owner. We have driven this car less than 2,500 miles per year during the last 10 years. The gear shift indicator is not original to this make and model. However the rest of the car is pretty original. The air conditioning compressor was replaced. However, the air conditioning dash is all original. The power steering unit was rebuilt along with other engine accessories including fuel injectors. The transmission was recently rebuilt by a Mercedes qualified mechanic. I had planned to completely restore this vehicle and spent over $22,000 on the mechanical area alone. Even though the Michelin tires show very little wear, they are old, are cracking, and need replacing. The rear window seal needs to be replaced and part of the headliner needs to be re-tucked (right rear). The head liner is old and brittle. However, the only tear is at the right rear next to the rear window. The floor carpeting needs to be redone and there is some rust on the right floor boards (both front and rear). The power door locks still work. However the vacuum system may have a slow leak. Although the system will keep the doors locked once activated after turning the engine off, the vacuum system will not work until the car is running again.
