I am the second owner of this motorcycle. It was purchased new by a Navy pilot and it spent all but the last 6 months in North Las Vegas. The motorcycle was always serviced by the local BMW motorcycle dealer in Las Vegas. The original seat is included as well as a second seat that has extra padding. The original seat is heated. Both the front and rear rotors only have a few hundred miles. The front tire was replaced at the same time the rotors were replaced. The rear tire has app 4,000 miles on it. This motorcycle has the BMW Motorad Navigation System. The bike also has the factory cruise control that is working intermittently and will need to be serviced. There are absolutely no mechanical issues at all with this motorcycle. This motorcycle is in pristine condition and the cosmetics on this bike are outstanding. There are no scratches on the fairings or fenders. The hard bags do have minor scratches on the bottom sides, but are not visible when the bags are on the bike. On a scale of 1 thru 10, I rate the cosmetics on this 10 year old motorcycle a solid 9.5. The only reason I am selling this wonderful motorcycle is because of the high seat position. I am 5' 6" tall and 69 years of age and can not set flat footed and fear I will sooner or later drop the bike and I do not want to see this happen. Since I am not at all comfortable with this high seat position, I have only ridden this bike a few hundred miles in the last 6 months. With the exception of the cruise control needing service, this motorcycle needs absolutely nothing !!!! The previous owner indicated that the bike was rarely ridden in inclement weather and based up the condition of the bike, I have no reason to believe otherwise.
