This is a Four Winds 2005 24ft Motorhome in excellent condition. Since purchasing this motorhome I have had the alignment done to protect the tires which have a lot of tread left, I had a stereo installed, new vinyl floors, new rear exhaust fan, and the front grill replaced (it was pealing). I also added a stainless steel backsplash behind the stove. The awning in is near perfect condition and the MH has a backup sensor to aid in parking. All of the glass on this vehicle is free from cracks or scratches. This motorhome is pet free and has not been smoked in. The microwave, the stove, hot water heater, and refrigerator/freezer all work perfectly. I even just refilled the LP gas tank and the grey water and black water tanks are well maintained. This vehicle is ready for camping. Please look closely at the pictures and understand that this vehicle is not in new condition. There are some small scratches and imperfections. There are, however, no leaks or problems worth noting. I have also never used the ONAN generator. I have all the manuals etc. but have never had it serviced despite the fact that it shows little wear (see picture). We also use a plug up ceramic heater instead of the gas furnace that came in the unit. The ceramic heater is included in this sale as well as the rear hitch rack.
