FOR SALE.. CLEAN..1937 Rolls Royce 25/30 limo streetrod project. This is an unfinished project that i started about 11 years ago which has been sitting for the last few years , almost all the hard work fabrication is done, below i will try to list everything i have done to it and what it still needs. NOTICE. there is one picture in my picture gallery that is the original black and white picture of (THIS) Rolls Royce in 1937 in England, also the car is not in primer that is the bare aluminum. THIS CAR DOES NOT DRIVE IT NEEDS TO BE TRAILERED.. BODY...The entire car was stripped down to its bare aluminum, the body is in excellent condition very straight no corrosion or rot, the 4 fenders are going to need a little body work. The doors open and close like a Rolls should the wood in the body looks great the only two places that will need some wood work is the trunk lid an the under sides of the running boards.The hood is also excellent condition no dents. I believe this car has been garaged the majority of its life, thats why the body , chrome and interior are in such great shape.. FRAME..After the body was stripped I then completely removed it from frame then removed all of the Rolls Royce drive train engine trans front and rear axles and misc brackets.The frame was in really good shape so it was cleaned and sanded then painted black UPDATED MODERN DRIVE LINE..A rebuilt 283 chevy V-8 was installed (runs with a gas can attached) a new 650 eldebrock carb along with a rebuilt 700R overdrive trans and a narrowed 10 bolt chevy rear end. I installed a Speedway stainless steel drop front axle with disc brakes. I like old school thats why installed that front axle also I added a custom right hand drive rack and pinion steering. All new brake lines and fuel lines were installed along with a custom stainless gas tank. A custom built radiator was also built and installed. AS for the drive train it will still need the brakes bleed, an exhaust system, shifter and electric rad fan. INTERIOR..Is in very good condition for its age and is definitley usable if you want to make a nice driver out of it The rear seat and door panels front and rear headliners and carpet are all still usable and the front leather seat is still soft hard to believe in a 77 year old car. I also added a complete Classic auto airconditioning system the air compressor and all the lines are installed but you still need to finish hooking up the vents and controls. WIRING.. A complete EZ wiring harness was installed along with new dolphin gauges some of the wiring still needs to be hooked up also. I have also included all new tinted glass but it is also not installed. A 60's GM tilt column is mounted in it CHROME.original not perfect, but also very good shape for its age and very usable the way it is. This would be a great project , all the hard work and custom fabrication is just about done. i am sure i have missed some things and if you have any questions feel free to email or call me Bob 352-428-889five ORIGINAL DRIVELINE.. all of its original drive train componets go with the car, if you need a couple pictures of it let me know. WHEELS the wheelS and tires on the car now are just rollers , BUT GO WITH THE CAR. TRANSPORT.. if you have the car shipped there is no glass in it so you might want a closed trailer plus the car does roll pretty easy for loading. Transporting is the buyers resonsibility. PAYMENT..
