Item sells at the end of auction REGARDLESS of ending price…….whether I make money or lose money…..I sell it! **Item for sale: Rare and super cool 1979 DATSUN 280ZX coupe. **Options and Accessories: The hardy, powerful and dependable 168 C.I.D. OHC straight 6 cylinder, 5 speed manual transmission, power steering and brakes, power windows and mirrors, factory tachometer, in dash clock (not working), am-fm radio with 8 track (works but gets no signal/stations....antenna issue), front buckets, rear bench, rear hatch, full carpeting, alloy wheels, on board "diagnostic" check computer, etc......Cool old classic! **Mileage: 58,851 miles........told to be and very possibly original miles..... BUT....Title is marked OVER 100k Miles, so that is how we have to rep it and sell it. -General Mileage/Title disclaimer: What is mentioned and documented above, for mileage, is what we see on the vehicles odometer at time of picturing this item and is NOT guaranteed to be accurate (unless otherwise noted as original miles) due to UNKNOWN HISTORY. Vehicles over 10 years old are represented and sold by us as "exempt" or TMU (true miles unknown). Some titles get branded or marked incorrectly by office personnel at auctions or large dealerships where we buy our vehicles…… Anything we know about possible mileage discrepancies or originality of miles will be mentioned above. If you have ANY questions or concerns about mileage or title discrepancies, just call or email me and I will answer your questions promptly and accurately! **Title Status: Vehicle has a CLEAN and CLEAR PA. "Antique" branded TITLE. **See “ABOUT TITLE” Paragraph Below. **Interior Condition: Headliner shows some sagging, seats are very nice, carpets have some wear/fading, dash gauges are nice and appear to work good, even the on board diagnostic feature works!!! Overall in nice shape inside but does show some wear/signs of its age.....35 years old folks! **Body Condition: Pretty solid and straight overall but isn't perfect = rockers have been touched up/redone at one time and thee is some slight hail dings on hood/roof. Solid overall with no real serious rot or rust issues, no major dents, no damages, etc..... Trim/rubber-plastic areas show some fading/weathering also, but all in all she appears as mostly original and still looks good. **Paint Condition: Some fading, chips and touched up blem spots here and there but still very presentable as a driver. **Underneath Condition: See pics! Very solid and original overall, especially solid in the common bad areas but does have 2-3 small rust spots noticed. Again, nothing major at all, no previous repairs or patches noticed. Solid shock towers and unibody/frame. **Tire Condition: All in good shape with about 65-75% tread left. **Running/Driving Condition: Starts right up and idles/runs smooth and quiet!! No odd noises or smoke and she revs up strong with NO hesitations or misses. Transmission and clutch all work properly and she drives down the road incredibly well!! Handles the back roads and the highways very, very nicely. Just a fun, quick and powerful old Z-car!! A lot of fun to drive and gets a lot of lookers.......where do you find them anymore??.....not very many left out there, especially still driving on the road!! Cool old car, ready to drive and enjoy or a fun/easy restoration project!! **History/Service/Repair work Known: Recently new ALL ALUMINUM Radiator. No other history/records known. We typically do not know any service history or any previous history/issues on these used items and have generally owned for 2-3 days before selling, unless stated in the ad. ************This is common sense with ANY used vehicle purchase folks, no matter where you purchase. ---7.) Mileage Disclosure: It is bidders responsibility to pull carfax, autocheck or DMV reports PRIOR to bidding. We list the mileage we see on the vehicles odometer. VEHICLES OVER 10 YEARS OLD MAY READ MILES EXEMPT/N.A.M./TMU ON TITLE. Mileage stated in ad is accurate, according to odometer, at the time of picturing item so please allow additional miles for test drives and transporting to our storage facility. We advertise and list miles as seen on odometer….we do not guarantee mileage and are not responsible for mileage/odometer discrepancies on any vehicle. We do not know any vehicle history, mileage history, service history or owner history, etc…..We do not guarantee any mileage information or service history in Carfax or Autocheck. Vehicles over 10 years old are considered mileage exempt with no guarantees of accuracy or originality. Some vehicles listed may be listed as original miles but could show a history of over 100k, or more, miles on Carfax/Autocheck reports……we cannot verify one way or the other and we guarantee nothing when it comes to mileage accuracy. Vehicles less than 10 years old may have mileage recorded as TMU or NAM (true mileage unknown/not actual miles or 999,999)…..in this case, we will mention this mileage disclosure in the ad. **If we do know of any history or mileage problems/issues…..WE WILL MENTION it in the ad.---8.)
