YES, it's ugly inside and out. A few little issues but nothing major wrong with this van .....it's just too short for my dad in his electric wheelchair (He's 6'3" and HAD to have the heavy duty chair ..which sits over 8 inches taller than his other chair!) Knowing how much easier it is having a van instead of trying to shove someone from a chair into a car, coupled with the shortage of affordable wheeelchair vans in Atlanta made us decide to pass this on ASAP. It actually gets pretty decent gas mileage but I don't know offhand what it is now. You are buying as is…knowing there may be some issues.
