1948 Chevrolet Fleetline Aerosedan. This car was originally owned by a Chevy Dealership owner in a small north Texas town. After his passing the car sat stored then a son in law took possession, went through the brakes completely, had the car repainted and the interior done. This car starts right up and drives very nice. It is a very tight car and there is no slop in the shifter or steering.......Look it over! NO undercarriage or floor rust period (other than surface) This 66 year old beauty was stored inside and has it's original floors ! Spare tire well has a hole in the bottom but not eaten up.Drive train is orig to the car. Engine number IS the VIN # on title216 stove bolt six starts right up and purrs like a cat (no smoke or inordinate noise). Car shifts easily through all gears. Shifter feels amazing with no slop car steers easy and tracks straightWe have had the original stainless rocker mouldings restored and they are still in the plastic. New clips purchased as well. Rocker mouldings are not installed yet but go with car.New interior door handlesNew light switch and shifter arm knobs (accurate orig repop replacements from Chevs of the 1940's)Have the rear bumper guards in trunk. Gravel shields are not on car but can be purchased here on ebay or from Chevs of the 1940's.
